April Goals

I hope you had a lovely Easter weekend.  We're recovering from a weekend of celebrating.  Unfortunately, my recovery includes a cold.

I love April.  The weather warms, the flowers bloom and the birds make nests.  It's also the month that my sister and I were born. It is a month of new beginnings.

I have decided to begin each month with a three things I will work on during the month.  Based on these three goals, I will choose daily actions that will affect whether or not I complete my goals.

Goals for April:

1. To walk/run 40 miles.

2. Maintain regular working hours.

3. Intentionally play with the girls 30 minutes a day.

Okay April, here we go.
